The Tamuda Bay Eco Triathlon (TBET®) is the premier eco-friendly and sustainable sporting event in northern Morocco. Held annually on the shores of the Moroccan Mediterranean, this unique triathlon combines open-water swimming, cycling, and running in one of the Kingdom’s most beautiful natural settings—Tamuda Bay, between M’diq and Martil. Organized by the Association Espoir pour le Sport et Développement Durable, the TBET® welcomes hundreds of amateur and professional athletes from Morocco and Europe at each edition. The event stands out for its eco-friendly values: biodegradable materials, waste management, signage made from recycled wood, and support for young local athletes. Whether you’re a beginner looking to tackle your first triathlon or an experienced triathlete aiming for an ultra-distance event, the TBET® offers four race formats suited to all skill levels: Sprint, Olympic, Jbala Triathlon, and 100 KM Experience.
