TBET® Sprint — Tamuda Bay Beginner Triathlon

The **TBET® Sprint** is the perfect way to experience competitive triathlon in an exceptional setting—Tamuda Bay, the jewel of the Moroccan Mediterranean between M'diq and Martil. Featuring a **750-meter swim** in the crystal-clear waters of the Mediterranean, **a 20-km bike ride** along a spectacular coastal route, and **a 5-km run** along the seashore, the Sprint is designed to welcome athletes of all skill levels who want to try their hand at triathlon without any restrictions based on ability. A **blazingly fast and intense** event, the Sprint is perfect for both beginner and experienced triathletes looking to clock a fast time. Participants can compete individually or in a **3-person relay** (swim + bike + run). **Sunday, May 17, 2026 — Start at 8:00 a.m.** By registering, participants agree to abide by the official technical regulations of the TBET®. An approved full-face cycling helmet is required. An official swim cap will be provided by the organizers.
